Both parties will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter amicably within 30 days of such notice. If resolution is not reached within that period, either party may pursue available legal remedies under applicable Indian law.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Big Daddy Game regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements or understandings on the same subject matter.
